Client Process
Working with me at Pamela Media is smooth, professional, and stress-free.
You’ll be involved in the key decisions, and I’ll take care of the rest.
First Step: Discovery Call
We begin with a video call, or email if you prefer. During this step I ask the right questions to understand your business, your goals, and your vision. You don’t need to prepare much – I will guide you through everything.
Second Step: Proposal & Agreement
After our first call, you will receive a tailored proposal with project scope, pricing, and timeline. Once approved, we sign an agreement and secure your deposit to start the project.
Third Step: Design Concept
I then create a design draft with layout, style, and structure. You share your feedback so we can refine it until it feels right. My goal is that you immediately think: “Yes, this is us!”
Fourth Step: Development
Once the design is approved, I start building your website in Wix Premium. Your initial deposit is simply the Wix subscription, which ensures your domain is active and your website can go live. I handle all of the setup so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Fifth Step: Launch & Training
When the site is complete, we review it together in a video call. I show you how to easily update text and images on your own. Finally, I launch your website so it’s live and ready to impress your clients.
Step Six: Ongoing Support / Subscription
After your website is live, you can choose to continue with a monthly subscription. This gives you regular updates, design requests, and priority support whenever you need it. Think of it as having your own dedicated web partner who keeps your site fresh, secure, and always up to date – without the cost of hiring in-house.
